4 Days
Over four evenings, students will explore the essentials of watercolour landscape painting through a series of focused studies. The workshop will cover expressive skies, convincing trees, rocky shorelines, and reflective water, with an emphasis on understanding light, atmosphere, colour, and brush handling. Students will learn foundational watercolour techniques including washes, layering, edge control, and texture creation while developing confidence in simplifying and composing natural scenes. Suitable for beginners and intermediate painters alike, this course is designed to build both technical skills and a stronger understanding of landscape painting in watercolour.
