Paint & Draw

Tuesdays, 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM
April 14 – June 16, 2026
Ten Weeks

A ten-week session focusing on some fundamentals of drawing to strengthen your confidents before you paint.  The focus will be on composition, and how to create depth, perspective and proportion while enjoying the friendly atmosphere of the Forum Art Centre.

We will be creating from studies of still life, figures and, at times, some photographic references.  This is a hybrid class that will sometimes require specific mediums (pencil/acrylics), however, you decide what is best suited for your artwork.

Students must have some prior painting and drawing experience to participate in this class.

First class will be entirely based on drawing. All you will require for the first class are a few sheets of paper (4 approx.) and a pencil.
