Intermediate Hand Building Clay

$245.00

April 10 to June 12, 2024
Ten Weeks

Are you ready to get your hands into some clay and build something unique?

Gain knowledge of the fundamentals of clay using pinch, coil and slab building methods in a creative and nurturing environment with Sage Sorokan 🔗. Demonstrations will introduce a variety of project-based construction methods as well as surface techniques, glazing and firing.

Participants are welcome to follow the projects or work from their own ideas. Individual guidance will be provided and brainstorming as a class will be encouraged. Work at your own pace and enjoy exploring hand-built ceramics.

Note: It is recommended that students have experience (at least five prior classes, or several years of study) before taking an Intermediate class. If you have questions, please call us!
