Ink and watercolour have been combined to paint novel covers, illustrate children’s books, superheroes, and mementos for hundreds of years. This class with artist Raymond Lyttle aims to explore the fundamental skills of ink and watercolour and specific skills, allowing each student to discover their personal inking and painting styles. Each class will include a prompt and a specific technique lesson, with each student creating a unique piece.

This class is suitable for Adults and Teens (12 and up).

Note: Teens registering for this class will have all materials supplied by Forum Art Centre.

Winsor & Newton 10 Colour Paint Set
Strathmore 400 Series Wired Watercolor Paper Pad. Note: I recommend a smaller size, but it is the student’s choice.
Soft brushes, one small round brush, one medium round brush, one medium square brush, one large round brush. Suggestion: Zen™ Series 83
Watercolor Round 5 Piece Brush Set
A palette of your choice, old white plates are a good budget option! A lighter colour surface will be helpful.
